In recent years metallurgists have developed superior grades of stainless steel known as Duplex (2205), having increased levels of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen compared to popular grade 316. The result is a stainless steel that provides very good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in a seawater environment, making 2205 stainless steel a better option compared to 316 and 316L in such aggresive water environment.

The high-grade Class-O Nitrile Insulation and FGClad Fire resistance insulation which we procure from Italy, and minimum 50 mm and maximum 100 mm high-grade CFC/HCFC free polyurethane PU rigid foam insulation.

The Tropinox tanks feature an ultra smooth non-corrugated Interior surface which effectively prevent lime scale deposits, all welded construction which ensures consistent efficiency over time.

Duplex stainless steels good strength and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in both general aqueous corrosion and chloride stress corrosion.

Inner tank made of toughest and best grade of duplex stainless steel providing long lasting solutions even in harsh and aggressive water environment.

Automatic water level controller so that the water does not exceed the capacity of the tank.

Tropinox Tanks can be ordered with multiple fittings, main sizes are available in 1”, 1.5”, 2”, however larger sizes and custom configurations are available upon request. This makes possible an optimum scope for Manifold connections.

The cap hole is big enough to ease the process of inspection, maintenance and upkeep.

Throughout the manufacturing process all the tanks and vessels are subject to stringent quality checks. An overall test forms part of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) procedures and the relevant documentation forms part of the FAT protocols.

The design and manufacturer of pressurized tank meet the requirements of european pressure equipments directives.

These tanks are Pulse Tig welded with the most advance automated welding techniques to allow for more precise welding, providing a concentrated heat source.
